What happens when we move beyond early intervention and begin asking a bigger question: how do we support individuals with special needs to grow, participate and contribute throughout life?

The Patrick's RISE Summit 2026 brings together parents and families, educators, therapists, healthcare professionals, researchers, policymakers, employers, advocates and activists for meaningful conversations around inclusion across the lifespan — from early-years assessment and intervention to adult-led services, employment, independence, participation and contribution.
