Terms of Service

What Thriv3 is

Thriv3 helps families and therapy providers record and share a child's therapy sessions, goals, and developmental progress across their care circle. Thriv3 is a coordination and record-keeping tool. It is nota medical device, and it does not provide medical, clinical, or therapeutic advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Decisions about a child's care remain with you and your qualified professionals.

Who can use it

The Service is for adults — guardians and care professionals — acting on behalf of a child. You must be old enough to form a binding agreement in your country. Children do not create their own accounts. You are responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials secure and for activity under your account.

The free family core, and paid access

The core family experience is free, and we do not require payment to create a family account or record a child's progress. Some optional premium and organisation features may be paid — by a family, a therapy provider, or a sponsor. Where a paid feature applies, the price, billing cycle, and what it includes are shown before you purchase. Paid arrangements are handled through our payment providers and are subject to their terms.

Acceptable use

• Add only information you are entitled to share, and only about children in your care or care circle.
• Do not misuse the Service — no unlawful, harmful, abusive, or privacy-invading activity, and no attempts to break, overload, or gain unauthorised access to the Service or other accounts.
• In the community and directory features, be respectful and do not post another person's private or identifying information.
• Do not use the Service to provide regulated professional advice to people outside your own care relationships.

Your content

You keep ownership of the information you add. You grant Thriv3 the limited permission needed to host, process, and display that information to the people you invite into a child's care circle, and to operate, secure, and support the Service. How we handle personal and child information is described in our Privacy Policy.

Providers, directory & community

Listings in the provider, school, and hospital directories, and posts in the community, are provided for information and connection. A listing or rating is not an endorsement or a guarantee of any provider, and Thriv3 does not verify every claim. Choose and engage providers at your own discretion.

Third-party services

The Service relies on third parties — for hosting, messaging, and payments, among others — and integrates sign-in from providers you choose (email, Google, or Apple). Your use of those is subject to their own terms and privacy practices.

Availability & changes

We work to keep the Service available and reliable, but we provide it “as is” and may change, suspend, or discontinue features. We may update these terms as the product evolves; material changes will be reflected by the “last updated” date above and, where appropriate, communicated in the app. Continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept the updated terms.

Ending your use

You can stop using the Service at any time and request deletion of your account. We may suspend or end access that breaches these terms or that we must restrict to protect people or comply with the law.

Disclaimers & liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Thriv3 is provided without warranties of any kind, and Thriv3 is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for decisions made in reliance on information recorded in the Service. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be limited under the law that applies to you.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws applicable where Thriv3 operates, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence. Specific governing-law and dispute details will be finalised as the operating entity is confirmed.
